Return Window & Notification: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Prior to dispatching any items, you must send an explanatory email to sales@la-maison-chic.co.uk stating your intent and reason for the return.
Packaging & Restocking Standards: All items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full product refund. If you are unable to provide the original packaging, the return will be accepted subject to a 20% re-stocking fee deducted from the item's total value.
Return Courier Arrangements: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. To ensure a seamless luxury experience, we can gladly arrange a specialized return courier transit on your behalf, with the exact freight cost deducted directly from your final refund balance.
