Order Timescales & Availability
All items are subject to availability. Orders are usually dispatched within 10 working days, we send our products mainly via (DPD) 24 hour courier service this includes including small-medium mirrors and some small furniture (goods dispatched by this service will be received next working day once dispatched from our warehouse). Our larger mirrors & furniture are sent via our specialist furniture delivery company to ensure safe delivery (delivery on this service usually takes 5-10 working days from dispatch of order) Please note. Northern Ireland and some areas of the UK that are far north and far south maybe sent via our palletized freight service. (Delivery of some of our larger furniture to Scotland and Highlands may incur additional charge of £30.00. All orders above £2000.00 to Scotland and N.Ireland delivery is free of charge). All small accessories are sent via recorded parcel (Royal Mail). All our items are fully insured for any damages in delivery subject to Terms & Conditions.
We will always send an email on dispatch of your order advising delivery method and confirmation of your delivery date, if your order is a larger item it will be sent via our specialist furniture delivery company and they will contact you via telephone to arrange delivery date.
Out of stock items will be advised as such on purchase and will be dispatched as soon as they become available. We rely on supplier’s information on delivery dates of out of stock items and sometimes this information can change at short notice notice but we will endeavor to advise you if this happens as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
UK* – All items delivered to England & Wales are free of charge (larger items to Scotland and its Highlands will incur additional charges Scotland: £30.00 / Main Highlands: £95.00) All orders above £2000.00 to Scotland inc. main highlands delivery is free of charge. N.Ireland additional charges will apply. Small items: £10.00 / Large Items: £95.00. All orders above £2000.00 to N.Ireland delivery is free of charge. Courier companies can only hold your parcel for 7 days, so if you miss your delivery, always contact them as soon as possible to re-arrange delivery. If goods are returned to sender re-delivery & return charges will apply. If you confirm delivery with our pallet freight delivery or 2 man delivery van couriers and are not available on delivery to take the goods as confirmed a re-delivery charge at full delivery cost will apply. This is to be paid before goods are re-delivered.
Smaller items will be delivered by Royal Mail should take no longer than 5 working days to reach you, but please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us to report your parcel as missing.
Access Checks Before Ordering. Please ensure you have placed sufficient covering to protect flooring or carpets. Please make sure there is safe and easy access. Always check passages, low doorways and stairs. If delivery team can’t deliver to your room of choice, they will either leave the furniture at the property’s entrance, or they will take it away (failed delivery charges and restocking fees will apply). Failed delivery costs include route planning, vehicle space allocation, delivery team’s road time.
Possible Delays – We aim to fulfil all orders within the delivery period set out in the product description unless there are circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from doing so. Deliveries can sometimes be delayed by weather conditions, technology issues, spikes in shipment delivery volumes etc. International deliveries can also be affected by customs clearance delays.
Damage to Goods in Transit
Large Items Delivered via Specialist Delivery Network: You will be prompted to check goods on delivery prior accepting and signing for. You must only accept goods if you are fully satisfied with the goods received. Any damage claims reported after accepting delivery will be declined. It is very important you are available and prepared to fully check the goods when accepting delivery slot booking.
Small Items Delivered via Express Courier or Pallet: Goods received damaged MUST be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Your insurance cover will be INVALID after the 24 hour period from time of receipt of delivery. You can contact us via email email@example.com or call us on 0800 1337828 to report damage. Photos will be required as evidence for insurance claim purposes.
All goods delivered MUST be signed for as unchecked or your transit insurance cover might be invalidated. If goods are received damaged and there is no evidence to prove that goods were damaged whilst in transit your insurance cover on your goods might become invalidated by our insurers. All goods are fully checked prior to dispatch. On Purchase of Goods you are agreeing to our Terms & conditions of our transit insurance policies.
