The Competitions cover all social media competitions such as “Customer of the Month”, and/or similar competitions.
Competitions are available for participation to individuals ages 18 years or older and residing in United Kingdom. However, employees of La Maison Chic, their close relatives, and those involved in the organisation or judging of the competitions are not eligible to enter.
A minimum entry quantity per “customer of the month” competition of 50 entries must be met to carry out vote for prize winner. If the minimum entry amount of 50 entries are not met for the current month the competition entries will role over to next month until a minimum of 50 entries are received to carry out vote for prize winner. The last day of every month the entries are reviewed and counted to make sure there are enough entries to carry out vote.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter competitions. Customer of the month photo must include at least one of our products from our website in the photo to be a valid entry.
By entering our competitions, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
By entering our competitions you are agreeing for the allowance of photos submitted for entry to be used on our social media pages / groups and website for promotional use and purposes.
Closing date for entries will be shown on the relevant post of the competition. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
We cannot take responsibility for entries that are not received, regardless of the reason.
For competitions where an individual is involved in the photo entry it is the entrants responsibility to get consent from any person(s) included in the photo entered as La Maison Chic cannot be held responsible for external parties involved in the photo entry.
Competition prizes are for the amount stated, or the products in question, and cannot be exchanged for cash alternative. Any coupons offered in the prize draw must meet minimum spend when used. “Customer of the Month” winners prize is a £500.00 voucher to be used on next purchase from La Maison Chic website www.la-maison-chic.co.uk with a minimum spend of £500.01.
Winners must claim their prize within 12 months.
Monthly repeating competitions shall only award a Winner’s prize.
Competitions shall be judged on the most likes, to the best, reasonable and apparently knowledge of La Maison Chic at the time of review at the close date of the competition.
We accept sharing on relevant La Maison Chic pages/groups; however we do not accept sharing on “exchange for likes” pages/groups.
If anyone who has entered the competition is seen to share on these types of pages/groups, they will be disqualified from the competition, and this decision is at the discretion of La Maison Chic.
La Maison Chic do not condone the use of bullying, trolling, or ‘doxing’. If anyone is found to be partaking in such activities, they may be disqualified from the competition, or banned from La Maison Chic Social pages. This also applies to online harassment, commentary or bullying on social media, online or other electronic format. Those partaking, either as participants, or as those awarding likes, are to remain respectful of those entering at all times.
