Returns Policy

Items may be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for maintaining the condition of the products while in their possession. Returned items must be in a resalable condition as received to be eligible for a refund.

Please note that all returns are subject to a return shipping fee. The original delivery fee and the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount upon processing. Returns will be processed following a thorough inspection of the returned item at our warehouse, which may take up to 28 days. For specific details regarding return shipping fees for individual items, please contact our customer care team.

Return Shipping Instructions:

• Items under 3kg: These items can be conveniently returned via Royal Mail. We strongly recommend obtaining a certificate of posting.
• Items over 3kg: For items exceeding 3kg, returns can be arranged through reputable courier services such as www.parcel2go.com, www.parcelforce.com, www.dpdlocal-online.co.uk, or any other courier of your preference.
• Important Note: We do not accept liability for any damages or loss incurred during return transit. Customers are advised to ensure adequate insurance coverage for returned items.

Large Furniture Returns:

For the return of large furniture items, we offer a convenient two-person home collection service for a specified fee. Please contact our customer care team to arrange this service and obtain a quotation.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
