While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally delivered within 15 Working days. All deliveries for large items are booked in 48 hrs before (Mon-Fri). If we are unable to deliver your order within the stated 15 working days we will contact you via e-mail with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.
We offer international delivery service on quote basis only. You can request a quote on checkout. We use international couriers to deliver goods and usually aim to deliver in 15-20 working days. Larger products are delivered via pallet freight or sea freight service kerb side delivery only. We can also offer delivery to sea port which can sometime be more cost effective.
Damage to Goods in Transit
Goods received damaged MUST be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Your insurance cover will be INVALID after the 24 hour period from time of receipt of delivery. You can contact us via email email@example.com or call us on 0800 133 7828 to report damage. Photos will be required as evidence for insurance claim purposes.
All goods delivered MUST be checked on delivery before you sign for your goods. If for any reason you are unable to check your goods on delivery you MUST sign for as UNCHECKED or DAMAGED depending on the delivery terms of the courier. Your transit insurance cover might become invalidated if signed with a clean signature accepting you have inspected to goods and they have been received in satisfactory condition. If goods are received damaged and there is no evidence to prove that goods were damaged whilst in transit your insurance cover on your goods might become invalidated by our insurers. All goods are fully checked prior to dispatch. On Purchase of Goods you are agreeing to our Terms & conditions of our transit insurance policies.
Prices and Tax
The price shown for the goods Includes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing is Free to mainland UK on most products. Larger furniture pieces to Scotland may incur a £30.00 additional charge, if you are unsure about the delivery price of any product on our website please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm delivery price of a product. if order is to non UK mainland please contact us for a delivery price as this will be subject to additional charges. Prices are inclusive of VAT for all deliveries within the European Union. For deliveries outside EU, VAT will be deducted from the total price. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties.
Cancellation and Returns
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have a right to cancel the contract (please note. we hold the right to charge a 10% cancellation fee if an order is cancelled. This can occur if we have costs to cover due to the cancellation of the order). You can return the goods and receive either a refund for the amount of the goods minus costs of delivery or opt to receive alternative goods. (please note the customer is responsible for returning the goods at their own costs. We can arrange return via our own delivery team at a set cost to return goods. Alternatively the customer can arrange their own return arrangements but we will not take responsibility for damages upon return if using their selected method of transport. We strongly suggest if returning goods by the customers own method of transport to make sure appropriate insurance cover is in place for return of the goods. Please send an e-mail to us before you return goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why. returns will only be accepted up to 7 days after delivery and have to be returned in their original packaging for us to accept return of goods, if for any reason you are unable to return goods in original packaging we will accept return of goods but minus 20% re-stocking fee of the value of the goods. if the item is damaged this has to be reported on day of delivery for insurance purposes, if not reported in time this will invalidate your damage in transit cover. If faulty goods have been received or you are not satisfied with the quality we will aim to replace the goods which we will exchange free of charge. If you wish to still cancel the contract of the sale and do not wish to have a replacement our returns policy will still apply & costings for delivery and return are responsible by the buyer. If for any reason we are unable to replace a faulty product we will arrange return of product and fully refund your payment.
The pictures of our items are taken with a professional high resolution camera to try and get the best quality pictures as possible.
Even though we do our best to offer detailed pictures please bear in mind colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to lighting, limitations of browser software and monitors.
All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.
The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
