All items are subject to availability. Orders are usually delivered within 15 working days, we send products mainly via (DPD Courier) 24 hour courier service this includes accessories, small-medium mirrors and some small furniture (goods dispatched by this service will be received next working day once dispatched from our warehouse). Our larger mirrors & furniture are sent via our specialist furniture delivery company to ensure safe delivery. This service is booked in prior to delivery with a delivery slot provided. To most of England and wales we offer 2 man delivery to room of choice as standard but some further areas we may be able to only offer door step delivery one man service or pallet freight depending on the product/order placed (if you live in Scotland, Cornwall, parts of Devon, remote parts of Wales or remote parts of Lake district please contact us to clarify the delivery service you will be offered). Delivery of some of our larger furniture to Scotland and Highlands may incur additional charges. we offer free delivery to Scotland if you purchase over £1500.00). All our items are fully insured for any damage sustained in transit subject to Terms & conditions.
We will always send an email on dispatch of your order advising delivery method, tracking and confirmation of your delivery date.
Out of stock items will be advised as such on purchase and will be dispatched as soon as they become available. We rely on supplier’s information on delivery dates of out of stock items and sometimes this information can change at short notice notice but we will endeavor to advise you if this happens as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Courier companies can only hold your parcel for 7 days, so if you miss your delivery, always contact them as soon as possible to re-arrange delivery. If goods are returned to sender re-delivery & return charges will apply. If you confirm delivery with our pallet freight delivery or 2 man delivery van couriers and are not available on delivery to take the goods as confirmed a re-delivery charge at full delivery cost will apply. This is to be paid before goods are re-delivered.
Smaller items will be delivered by Royal Mail/My Hermes should take no longer than 5 days to reach you, but please allow up to 10 days before contacting us to report your parcel as missing.
Damage to Goods in Transit
Goods received damaged MUST be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Your insurance cover will be INVALID after the 24 hour period from time of receipt of delivery. You can contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0800 1337828 to report damage. Photos will be required as evidence for insurance claim purposes.
All goods delivered MUST be signed for as unchecked or your transit insurance cover might be invalidated. If goods are received damaged and there is no evidence to prove that goods were damaged whilst in transit your insurance cover on your goods might become invalidated by our insurers. All goods are fully checked prior to dispatch. On Purchase of Goods you are agreeing to our Terms & conditions of our transit insurance policies.
Mainland UK – All items are sent to mainland UK free of charge (some larger products to Cornwall, parts of Wales, Scotland and Highlands may incur additional charges at checkout).
Non Mainland UK – Delivery to non UK mainland may be subject to additional charges at checkout.
Northern Scotland – Small furniture and mirrors to N.Scotland are free of charge, larger furniture & mirrors to Scotland and Highlands may incur additional charges at checkout.
