Payment
All major credit & Debit cards are accepted and are processed via a secure Internet payment service provider or we also accept orders and payment by telephone. (VAT is included in the price of your order)
Order Timescales & Availability
All items are subject to availability. All products if ordered whilst out of stock will be dispatched once back in stock (we will contact you to give you an estimated delivery time) All orders will be dispatched within 5 working days (some larger furniture orders may take up to 10 working days).
Delivery timescales
Most items are held in stock for immediate dispatch, usually within 6 working days of purchase.
Small accessories and gifts are sent by royal mail withing 6 working days.
Most products including mirrors and small furniture will be sent via City Link next day service sent within 6 working days (Signature needed).
Larger fragile furniture and mirrors over 30 inches high will be sent be sent via freight pallet service on a 48 hour delivery (driver will usualy call before delivery) (Signature needed). We will inform you if this service is used.
Out of stock items will be advised as such on purchase and will be dispatched as soon as they become available. We rely on supplier's information on delivery dates of out of stock items and sometimes this information can change at short notice notice but we will endeavour to advise you if this happens as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Delivery Charges
Mainland UK – All items are sent to mainland UK free of charge. Delivery to UK using courier involving a sea crossing will incur a £15.50 charge. (Please call 0044 1223 969252 for price for pallet services to Ireland and rest of UK).

Northern Scotland - please call us on 00 44 1223 969252 or email us at sales@la-maison-chic.co.uk to calculate postage charges for pallet services, royal mail and courier charges to mainland N.Scotland is free of charge.

IMPORTANT: Courier companies can only hold your parcel for 7 days, so if you miss your delivery, always contact them as soon as possible to re-arrange delivery.
Smaller items will be delivered by Royal Mail. They should take no more than 5 days to reach you, but please allow up to 10 days before contacting us to report your parcel as missing.
Any goods received by our freight service MUST be signed as unchecked or your damage transit insurance cover will be invalid.
